Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-focused Printing Supervisor to manage the daily operations and the staff within our Direct-to-Film Printing Department. Offered pay is $37/hour for 40 hours/week.
Responsibilities / Tasks:
- Prepare production and other reports
- Supervise workers and projects
- Train or arrange for training
- Review and approve all job proofs or samples
- Co-ordinate and schedule activities
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
-1 year to less than 2 years work experience
-College/CEGEP education level or equivalent experience
Supervision: 3 - 4 people
