This position is handling all tasks from handling customer calls, taking orders, receiving, and sending out orders & managing inventory on hand.
Responsibilities
• Representative between the company and customer for providing guidance in obtaining parts.
• Providing support as needed to the service team in expediting, obtaining and tracking parts.
• Sourcing parts, and/or services, obtaining quotes and negotiating the best value.
• Sourcing parts can involve looking in a press manual for part numbers and/or drawings.
• Manage all inventory from organizing products in the stock room, product signage and labelling, recording the receipt of goods, periodic inventory count.
• Responsible to keep warehouse clean and organized.
• Reviews and manages inventory stock for consumables with define delivery times
• Shipping parts
• Pricing of parts and services
• Organizing necessary border crossing documents.
• Assists in creating company best company procedures and standards.
• Oversee Health & Safety requirements and good practices.
Qualifications:
• Min of 2 years related experience
• Mandatory experience in searching inventory parts in an industrial industry
• Must have strong analytical, negotiating and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks an asset
• Knowledge of customs handling an asset.
• Purchasing background an asset
• Intermediate level Microsoft office tool skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Able to work with little supervision.
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge in Acumatica is a benefit
• Works well in small office environment.
• Clean Driving license record
• Fork lift training is an asset
• Strong Customer service skills
· Knowledge of the Printing Industry is a strong asset
