National Sales Account Manager – Label & Packaging Products

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. In this remote position, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding market share within the retail and CPG sector. You will manage and develop relationships with key national accounts, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to increase existing sales. Representing a leading provider of innovative label products serving the retail and consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector. With a strong commitment to quality and technology, this employer has established itself as a trusted partner for businesses seeking to optimize inventory visibility and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within national accounts in the retail and CPG sector.
• Develop a deep understanding of our label & packaging products and how they can address the specific needs and challenges of each client.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Develop and execute account-specific sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Regularly track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully selling label products or related solutions in the retail and CPG sector.
• Strong understanding of the Retail, CPG industry, supply chain, and inventory management.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work remotely while maintaining a high level of productivity and self-motivation.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
