We are searching for a strategic sales team member to join our growing team! This position requires a high-level strategic mind, creativity during the conceptualization process, and excellent attention to detail. If you are a passionate salesperson with an entrepreneurial spirit and the drive for collaboration and success, then this role will be a great match for you.

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify new leads, foster client relationships, collaborate with clients during the creative process, and manage custom projects from start to finish with the help of your assigned team member.


• Source and establish new relationships with potential clients.
• Follow the strategic selling process to develop your personal book of business by identifying the KDM’s.
• Develop client proposals and boardroom presentations.
• Educate clients on our full suite of services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create successful campaigns.
• Host clients at bi-monthly events.


• 5+ years of experience in professional sales & boardroom selling experience.
• A fiercely competitive yet collaborative spirit.
• Confidence in managing sales targets ranging between $2-4M in annual sales.
• An understanding of forecasting and CRM.
• A passion for customer engagement.

• The salary range offered is $70,000 - $80,000, depending on the pedigree of the candidate.
• Commissions are not capped and are based on a percentage of the total sale value of the job. This percentage is based on how much margin is generated on each sale.
