Estimator / Account Manager
Torpedo Marketing provides innovative marketing services, ideas and meaningful, measurable solutions to our customers – allowing
them to achieve their marketing and communications goals. Torpedo is a diverse company and we are currently looking to add an
experienced Print and Direct Mail Estimator to our team. This position also includes the ability for the right candidate to take on
a secondary account management role.
Job details include:
-Work closely with the Sales and CSR Teams to estimate jobs including preparation of client quotations
-Job costing based on raw materials and labour
-Job costing for outsourced services
-Work directly with clients as required and manage certain house accounts
-Follow up on quotations and jobs/projects
Candidates must:
-Have an extensive understanding of print and mail industry (fulfillment experience also an asset)
-Have a minimum of 3 years experience
-Work well in a team environment
-Be detail oriented and able to work within deadlines
-Be highly organized, efficient and eager to learn
-Understand and work within budgets
-Have excellent customer service skills
-Have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
-Stay up to date on trends, costing, options, competitive environment and efficiencies
