Duties will include but not limited to:
• Facilitating the production of printed products via bindery, guillotine cutting & other finishing services • Prepare and arrange materials for use in machines • Interpret docket information, instructions and die layouts, etc. • Monitor product quality to maintain company high quality standards • Maintain a safe and clean work environment and safe work habits • Maintenance of all equipment as required • Setup, clean up and maintenance of equipment Skills and Job Requirements • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for extended periods of time, lifting loads of up to 50 pounds etc.) • Hands on mechanical aptitude; ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues • Experience working with manufacturing equipment • Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure to meet deadlines; • Punctual and reliable; • Keen attention to detail & accuracy; • Must have your own transportation • Willingness to learn; if you’re willing to learn, we will be prepared to teach Wage: $20+ / hour to start. Experienced operators will be compensated accordingly Full training provided. Competitive pay. Monday to Friday, days only, full time or part time. Benefits after 3 months.
