We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team in the role of Press Feeder, Afternoon Shift. This production based role requires a team player with a strong work ethic, drive and ability to balance our extremely high quality demands with the rigorous pace that this industry demands.

Job Responsibilities / Duties:

• Understanding and verifying job specifications and requirements

• Asist the Press Operator with the setup, operation and maintenance of a Mitsubishi Printing Press

• Completing quality checks to ensure stringent quality standards are met

• Ensure paper and other materials are ready for the current and next job so that production is efficient with minimal changeover.

• Ensure supplies, tools, chemistry and other materials required by the operator are always available where expected.

• Assist the Press Operator with the setup, operation and maintenance of support systems (chillers, pumps, compressors, mixing systems etc…)

• Maintain supply and part levels

• Maintain documentation of preventative maintenance and repair activities

• Take part in cross training opportunities in other departments and to help in those departments as required to meet customer demands

• Keeping work area and equipment clean

• Understanding and following company safety policies and procedures

• Others tasks assigned to you by the Press Operator or Management

• Able to read and comprehend job tickets and work instructions

• Possess a high standard for quality and pride of workmanship

• Must possess good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively

• Must be a highly organized and detail oriented individual

• Mechanically inclined and production oriented

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Able to regularly walk/stand and use hands to handle and feel materials

• Able to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel and crouch

• Frequently lift /move up to 50lbs

• Available for overtime when required

Shift: Monday-Thursday 12:00pm to 10:00pm

Wage: $21 to 25/hour commensurate with experience.
