Main responsibilities:

 40" Mitz. 4 colour, 6 colour, 5 colour

Press feeder will support press operator in the function of a large volume press

Responsible for operating and maintaining the operator/feeder section of the press

Maintain outstanding safety standards

Ensure press supplies are always available and ready to use

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

Minimum of two years experience in a commercial or trade printing company or equivalent manufacturing industry

Strong mechanical skills, manufacturing experience, and the capacity to follow detailed instructions

Experience with commercial Sheetfed work preferred

Must be reliable and flexible to meet all customer demands

Communicates with others in a positive and helpful manner

Excellent organizational and mathematical skills

Specific skills:

Set up press and operate at slow speed to check samples

Remove and clean plates and cylinders at end of press run

Mount plates or cylinders and make necessary adjustments

Monitor regular press run for quality using computer control console

Fill ink fountains and control colour and viscosity

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday, No weekends
