DCM operates from its six “centers of excellence”, in addition to fourteen other complementary facilities, across North America.

We are currently seeking a General Manager to run our Burlington facility.


The General Manager is responsible for the effective management of all operation’s resources with the objective of satisfying all stakeholders. Specific responsibilities include:

•Guide implementation of production standards and measurements

•Daily optimization of production schedule

•Performance management for Managers/employees

•Work with sales staff on customer solutions

•Optimize estimating system and standards

•Analyze job costs (Review estimate and pricing strategies

•Work with managers to establish accurate standards

•Analyze financial statements

•Analyze overall costs

•Develop continuous improvement policies and procedures

Requirements include:

•Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field is required,

•A minimum of 10 years’ related experience in the print industry

•Expertise in offset and digital printing

•Leadership skills

•Results oriented and comfortable working with deadlines

•Troubleshooting skills/Analysis

•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
