Production Supervisor – Folding Cartons (Food & Beverage Packaging)
Full-time | Shift work may be required
A well-established folding carton manufacturer is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production floor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment and enforce safety policies
• Meet production goals and maintain high-quality standards
• Monitor in-process work, provide feedback, and resolve issues quickly
• Lead root cause analysis and support continuous improvement efforts
• Review and adjust schedules to minimize downtime and meet delivery targets
• Promote strong communication between departments and shifts
• Guide and support production team to ensure efficient, timely output
• Enforce housekeeping and quality standards throughout the plant
Qualifications:
• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Experience with GMP and SQF practices is an asset
• Proficient with MS Office
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent experience required
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance practices
