Position Overview

We are a leading provider of wide format digital print solutions, serving clients across industries with high-impact visual communications. We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in managing client relationships, supporting the quotation and order process, and ensuring a smooth experience from initial inquiry through to final delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of print production workflows, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and use our Management Information System (MIS) to manage job tracking and client data.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Quotation Support
Act as the primary contact for clients, providing responsive and knowledgeable service.
Prepare accurate quotations for wide format print jobs, including banners, signage, trade show materials, and custom graphics.
Advise clients on substrates, finishing options, turnaround times, and delivery logistics.

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their brand and project needs.
Follow up on quotes, orders, and feedback to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Communicate client requirements clearly to internal teams to ensure production accuracy.

Sales & Account Growth
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell complementary products and services.
Monitor client activity and trends to support strategic account planning and retention.
Problem Resolution & Service Excellence
Liaise between clients and production teams to resolve issues related to specifications, artwork, or delivery.
Ensure client concerns are addressed promptly and professionally, maintaining a high standard of service.

System Utilization & Data Management
Learn and effectively use the company’s Management Information System (MIS) to manage client accounts, produce quotes, issue job tickets, track job progress, and maintain accurate records.
Input and update client data, job specifications, and communication logs to ensure transparency and continuity across departments.

Skills & Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in customer service or account management, ideally within the print or signage industry.
Familiarity with wide format printing processes, materials (e.g., vinyl, fabric, rigid substrates), and finishing techniques.
Experience with quoting tools and CRM or MIS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, print MIS systems) is an asset.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively while working in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and workflow systems.
