Commercial Print Customer Service Representative / Project Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative / Project Coordinator to manage commercial print jobs from order entry through production and delivery. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers, prepress, production, and shipping, ensuring print projects are executed accurately, on time, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and review customer print orders and supplied artwork for basic print readiness.
Coordinate jobs through prepress, press, finishing, and shipping
Communicate clearly with customers regarding specifications, schedules, and revisions
Prepare job tickets, enter orders into MIS, and track job status
Identify and resolve production issues, artwork concerns, and timeline changes
Ensure specifications such as size, stock, colour, bleeds, finishing, and delivery are correct
Support estimating, scheduling, and administratively as required
Qualifications:
Experience in commercial print (digital, offset, wide-format, or finishing environments)
Strong understanding of print terminology, workflows, and production processes
Excellent customer communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced production environment.
Experience with Adobe files an asset.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both print production and customer expectations and can keep projects moving smoothly through the shop.
