Description:
We are a long-established dealer of parts, supplies, and consumables for commercial offset printing presses — including Heidelberg, Komori, KBA, and MAN Roland equipment. We're seeking a driven, relationship-oriented Inside Sales Representative to grow our accounts and win new business across the print industry.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, building long-term relationships with print shops and pressroom operators
Proactively follow up on quotes, reconnect with past customers, and pursue new business opportunities
Respond to incoming phone, email, website, and live-chat inquiries and convert them into orders
Help customers identify the correct parts, supplies, and consumables for their Heidelberg, Komori, KBA, MAN Roland, and other offset presses — and recommend related items they'll need
Prepare quotes and process orders, invoices, and documentation accurately
Consistently identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase order value
Meet and exceed sales targets and activity goals
Maintain accurate records of accounts, opportunities, and follow-ups in our system
Coordinate with internal team members and suppliers to ensure smooth, on-time fulfillment
Qualifications
Familiarity with offset printing equipment — particularly parts and supplies for Heidelberg, Komori, KBA, and/or MAN Roland presses — is a strong asset
A hunter's mindset: comfortable following up, closing, and asking for the order
Comfortable reading parts numbers, spec sheets, or equipment manuals (or willing to learn)
Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
Highly organized, with the discipline to work a pipeline and follow up consistently
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced office
Print-industry or pressroom background preferred, but we will train the right candidate with strong sales instincts and drive.
