CSR - Key Accounts is responisble for;

 To efficiently and accurately coordinate the order workflow process for key customer accounts

 Provide superior customer service to key customer accounts

 Ensure Total Quality Control as it relates to the order processing of key customer accounts

 Ensure Health & Safety Policy & Procedures are adhered to


• Accurately and efficiently process all orders related to key customer accounts

• Prepare and maintain accurate database of all outbound shipments and RMAs

• Conduct physical inventory on all key customer account products and materials

• Prepare reports, such as inventory on hand balance and shortages.

• Verify clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjust errors in computation or count, or investigates and report reasons for discrepancies.

• Prepare and arrange the shipment of all key customer account orders

• Prepare list of depleted items and recommend re-order points

• Other tasks as assigned by management
