This is not your typical copy centre. We are really proud of our state of the art large-scale print equipment and expert team of Operators who treat this like an art.  As a Company, we are in growth-mode and are looking to add members to our team who are willing to learn a new skill and help us continue to expedite the business requests of our clients.

Operation of Nuvera digital print equipment

Routine maintenance and care of Nuvera digital equipment

Operation of all bindery equipment

Routine maintenance and care of all bindery equipment

Xerox Freeflow DFE as it pertains to the Nuvera operation

Perform other duties as requested

What kind of experience do we look for?

It is challenging to find Operators with the 2-5 years of experience that it takes to run this equipment autonomously. Therefore, we are very prepared to train. There are a few basic things you would need to be considered:

Basic Microsoft Office capabilities (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience in a busy production environment (warehouse, fulfillment, equipment)

A hands-on job in a team environment where quality was key to what you were doing

High School diploma at a minimum

Experience in a service-related field where you understand customer requirements & requests

If you have taken any industry courses either on print equipment or with Xerox, this is an asset!

What does it take?

We look for team members who have an eye for quality. To us, this requires strict attention to detail. We need individuals who are fast and have experience multi-tasking. A technical aptitude is needed as well as someone who is mechanically inclined and not afraid to role your sleeves up.

Because paper is heavy, and our equipment is large we need individuals who can lift up to 25lbs, stand for long periods of time and are happy working shifts. This role could transition to night-shift which we offer a premium rate for.

This role has rotating shifts.  The typical rotation is days (7:00am - 3:30pm) and afternoons (3:00pm - 11:30pm) and nights (11:00pm - 7:30am).  The successful candidate will need to be able to work all shifts.  During busy season we operate 24/7 and additional shifts may be required.

We have three openings to fill.
