Description:
We are seeking a **Wide Format Printer Technician** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, servicing and maintaining wide format printers, particularly those from leading brands such as Roland, Mimaki, and Epson.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and Repair: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with wide format printers, ensuring minimal downtime.

Maintenance: Perform warranty and out of warranty maintenance and service on printers to ensure optimal performance.

Installation: Assist in the installation of new and used wide format printing equipment as well as other industry standard equipment.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional technical support to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and small inventory of parts.
Qualifications

Experience Required: Experience in servicing wide format printers. Experience with Roland, Mimaki, and / or Epson products is highly desirable.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of printer mechanics, electronics, and software.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
